CAVEAT PETITION
UNDER CHAPTER 22 RULE 5 OF THE ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT RULES, 1952.
The caveator/applicant most respectfully begs to submit as under:-
1.
That the Deputy
Commissioner (Food) District- Ayodhya passed order dated 05.12.2024,
Computerized No.-C201804000003078/ 2018 in favour of caveator.
2.
That it is apprehended
that the proposed petitioner may file writ petition against the order dated 05.12.2024,
passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Food) District- Ayodhya before this Hon’ble
Court.
3.
That the caveator has
engaged Shri Ambika Prasad Mishra, Advocate, F-41 Sahara State Gate no.4
Jankipuram , Lucknow to do needful in the above case, it is expedient in the
interest of justice that a proposed petitioner may not be allow to plead the
case in absence of the caveator without giving notice to the Counsel for the
Caveator.

Wherefore,
it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to, if
the proposed petitioner filed proposed writ petition against the order dated 05.12.2024,
passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Food) District- Ayodhya without giving
opportunity of hearing to the Counsel for the Caveator, then a copy of writ
petition may also be served to the counsel for the applicant/caveator, namely, Shri
Vinod Kumar Pandey, Advocate, High Court
Lucknow, in the interest of justice.
Such
other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper may
kindly be passed.
